Situation

You've just been given the charge to develop a budget to rebuild the 6th green (5500 ft²) at Penn State's Blue Course. The project is expected to begin by August 1st and be completed by or before the end of October. Since you have a tree digger and trencher, as well as a large supply of small tools, in your equipment inventory, you will not need to rent these items. A backhoe and bulldozer can be rented (with an experienced operator) from the Office of Physical Plant. Personnel used for this project are currently on staff; however, the time they spend on the project will have to be charged to the special project budget. Additionally, all materials used in the project, whether they are in your current inventory or not, must also be charged to the special project budget as well

Please complete the assumptions and develop your budget showing all projected expenditures by category, by month, along with totals for each category and month. These should be submitted on the date listed in your course schedule. Be prepared to explain and justify all activities and expenditures.
