Your budget for rebuilding the 3rd green at Oak Hill's's East Course has been approved. Now, the administration wants you to prepare a schedule for completion of the project. This will be the last step before beginning the actual work.
Using the "Create Your First Project" command in the planning schedule software, list the tasks involved in rebuilding #3 green, assign the number of days (d) or hours (h) required for each task, and link those tasks which are sequentially dependent. If two or more tasks are to be done simultaneously, ensure that sufficient resources (i.e., personnel) are available; otherwise, you may have to schedule them sequentially.
Please submit your project schedule on the date listed in your course schedule.
