Facility

Although Smith's Lawn Care is located in an industrial park in the Harrisburg suburbs, it is in close proximity to a residential area composed primarily of single-familty residences, some of which are located immediately across a two-lane street. The Company's physical plant consists of a metal building constructed on a concrete pad. The building contains an office and truck bays for the Company's two tanker trucks (1200-gallon-capacity tanks mounted onto flat-bed trucks) and a service unit (three-quarter-ton pick-up truck with 100-gallon-capacity tank in the bed). In an asphalt area immediately outside of the building are six storage tanks (0ne 1800-gallon-capacity, one 600-gallon-capacity, and four 300-gallon-capacity) for liquid fertilizer and herbicide solutions.
