Daily minimum and maximum temperatures are recorded. At the end of each month the average temperature is entered onto a graph. By using a graph, trends are more easily noticeable. All rainfall is also recorded and a monthly total is entered onto a seperate graph. Trends and norms of both of these graphs are used to plan cultural practices, anticipate disease attacks and to use as a reference when problems are encountered.
